IMO If the captains were voting; Kirk would stick with McCoy, Picard would pick Bashir, Sisko would pick McCoy, Janeway would pick Crusher, and Archer would pick anyone other than Phlox and possibly Bashir.

Well, from my experience, if you can't get ... yourself under control, they just send in the burly nurse to handle it.

I'm tempted to make a 'Which doctor would you want to work on you: Second String' thread. Chapel, Ogawa, Pulaski, Kes, and Tom is all I can think of. Who else could fit?
