Looking for a crazy ship design

Kaiser

Rear Admiral
Rear Admiral
All i remember it was a TOS era like Super dreadnought with like 2 saucers in a stacked like way, many weopons and it was in 2D and color.

Im trying find it to see if it could be made with ship parts i got off ebay. :)

A crazy design with stacked saucers and tons of weapons?

Sounds like one of your own ships. :p

Not stacked and not in color...

...but I just had to...

I'd love to drag that thing out for a few rounds of Starfleet Battles! You thought Assault on a Starbase was tough, you Klingon piece of filth? Watch what happens when the starbase can chase you!

What is Vance's Toolkit, how does it work, and where can it be found? I tried Google, but didn't see anything pointing to the program itself (if it is one).

It's just parts of starships that you can take into any program like paint of photoshop and kitbash ships together.

Here are the latest versions that I've been able to find (in COLOR!) :)

Oh, and lest we forget this fun little ditty:

I guess you could call this one "stacked". :D

:techman: Thanks for the link, 137th Gebirg. It's just copy/paste, and then tweak the layers?

The Pamela Anderson reminded me of the big-boobed spaceship (piloted by John-Boy Walton) in Battle Beyond the Stars.

Yup. Just that simple. IIRC, they aren't transparent GIF's, so you will need to clip the edges if you want clean overlaps with the layers.

Wow...there's a blast from the past. To show my age, I remember when that movie first aired. I was very young, but it still seemed very creepy to me in comparison to Wars or Trek. The transplanted arm scene with the telepathic aliens, to me, was the defining moment in that movie. Never saw anything quite like that before or since.

To show my age, I saw it at 29 when it first appeared in theaters. ;)

It was in an old theatre that originally dated to the 1920s and was also used for vaudeville shows. It didn't convert to multiple screens until the late 60s or early 70s. The main theater was the original auditorium, and a sight to behold with the décor.

There's also "Vance style" parts people have created themselves -
http://ststcsolda.proboards.com/index.cgi and http://treknographics101.prophpbb.com

and if you rummage through Geiberg's site - http://www.shipschematics.net/startrek/federation.php - you can take other people's designs and reverse engineer them to get more parts.

Perhaps you need to see my ISC "Hand Of Justice" Galactic Peacekeeper Starship. Five barrows: the left & center nose of a CA/CC, the center of a DN, and the center & right nose of another CA/CC. Four Plasma-S, four PPD, twenty phasers, fourteen aft Plasma-F, all powered by eighty warp. You don't want this GPS to find you!
