The Tholian Web

Great choice. Solid drama, near-tragedy, mystery and building on the relationship of the big three. Add a truly fantastic alien species/technology, and it is one of the franchise jewels.

I honestly expected the Enterprise Incident to win, which I also love. But it's in my top 15, compared to the Tholian Web being in my top 5.
