Getting really difficult now, but I'll eliminate Journey To Babel from the remaining for no other reason than it's my least favoured of the three. Still love it though.

Doomsday Machine isn't a personal favorite of mine although I can't deny that it is a well written one.

Of the more popular 2nd season episodes I was rooting for Amok Time or Journey to Babel but well we can't have everything.
