Thanks again all for the "favorite paintings" votes.

This time we'll do famous/favorite architectural wonders.

Any man-made building, tower, bridge or other structure that is famous, but no statues.

Otherwise, normal AV rules apply 150 pixels x 150 pixels or 140 KB max.

An avatar contest about human erections. Awesome. :bolian:

My entry is a mix of the old and the new:

The Kaaba, located within the Masjid al-Haram, the world's largest mosque.
Overlooking it is the Abraj al-Bait tower complex, one of the world's largest buildings, whose hotel tower is the tallest clock tower in the world and with the largest clock face in the world.
    All in Mecca, Saudi Arabia.

Here's another middle-eastern wonder, the Burj Khalifa, in Dubai. Currently the tallest building by 746 feet.

Ah, it's inevitable that someone would beat me to Fallingwater. :rommie:

That's okay. I have another idea....

OK, I'll add my own particular favorite, although it won't get any votes:
    The Golden Gate Bridge

I'd vote for it. I love San Francisco.
