Mulgrew so awful to Jeri Ryan she had to date Braga for protection

How many of your husbands have remarried kathryn?

Don't you depise these women proportionately to how well their boobs defy gravity?

Was this to me??? I don't have any husbands! And I don't despise anyone except for my boss. I hate the spotlight. I like being alone.

And I already stated a while back I think that Kate Mulgrew being "upstaged" (even if it was just paranoia) was probably a main issue between them. Then again, I don't know either one of them personally.

I just didn't think Garrett Wang was THAT bad that they should have considered firing him.

I invented a make believe world where you had 7 exhusbands.

Sorry.

Wang was unprepared and late often. It effected production.

Even then they had a finite amount of money. If they were going to introduce Seven of Nine, someone else had to go.

A year earlier they got rid of Martha and the lad who played Cullah, or/and the budgeting place holder for recurring guest stars was shifted into the special effects budget because Berman thought that more explosions is what the audience really wanted.

It's cool. I know you didn't literally mean I had so many ex-husbands.

Yeah, I know they had to let someone go. All I was saying is I am surprised they would have gotten rid of Harry. He wasn't hurting anything. He was just like that bumbling guy who wasn't good with the ladies. I liked his friendship with Tom Paris.

I'm glad he didn't go.

Again, not saying his arc was riveting or anything. It wasn't. But how the heck was that Wang's fault? If a character doesn't have good lines...that is the fault of the writers. I majored in English Lit and am an active writer. A character isn't stale unless you make him stale. Not saying a lot isn't determined by acting ability. It is. But, first comes good writing. THEN comes good acting based on the writing. Just my opinion.

Homeplate was upside down for Harry. He was never going to be happy with an outside in woman. Lets just hope he kept waiting for a weird alien and didn't try to stage a transporter accident.

I prefer Harry over Kes as well. Especially those nice awkward scenes we got between Seven and Harry later on hehe.

We also wouldn't have gotten "Timeless" if Kim had been dropped.

And that is my favorite episode and I had never thought of this and now I have something else to throw at the Kes lamenters (you know I still like you Lynx).

I don't even think Harry is dull, I liked Favorite Son, the Libby stuff, I thought the buddy friendship with Paris was often fun..

And you know that buddy friendship could have been a lot more fun if it had all the angst and sexual repression that Miles and Julian had but it didn't. It was awfully wholesome. In the recent relaunch books Tom and Harry have a huge falling out/ angst and repression of feelings drama that drags on forever and typical of the books is neither fun or interesting. I guess bad fanfic plots work better on the screen.

I loved the Tom/Harry buddy friendship on screen, although Miles/Julian did do it better and more gradually. They were so attached towards the end there. I haven't read Homecoming and a few of the subsequent books yet. I do everything backwards. I started with Full Circle instead because I was in a hardcore J/C phase (still am J/C, I was just more hardcore at the time).

I plan to definitely go back, download or buy all the books, and start from Homecoming and read the entire thing.

You are.

It's the opposite of an inside out woman.

Are you good, or should I finish this?

So you don't think Harry would want me?

:(

You're not an alien, you're not dead and reborn into an alien...you're not a hologram...you're not out to kill him...so probably not? You're also not a liberated Borg who is too domineering for him.

I can be domineering if he wants..

WAIT!!!!!

I am also from the past! That must count for something!

Tom never let him be Captain Proton.

Do you think when Tom wasn't looking that Harry and Vorik played Captain Proton?

Of course then Vorik gets piqued that he's never allowed to play Captain Proton, so he plays Captain Proton behind Harry's back for Carey but...

Would you let Harry play Captain Proton?

You would dominate him... so maybe he would.

AND YOU ARE FROM THE PAST. That would make for complications.

So maybe he would go for you.
