ST VI deleted scene (not really, but )

One of those that hasn't aged too well.

Loved it in '91 but I find it hard to watch now. It's quite dull in the second act too - all the stuff in the prison and the detective work seems to go on forever...

No way is it the "2nd best".

TWOK
TVH
TSFS
TFF
TMP
TUC

would be my order.

The one deleted scene I miss from TUC is one that not very many people remember.

It was in the theatrical release in Dec. '91-whenever, but Berman had it dropped from all home video releases. As the Enterprise pulls away from Spacedock, there is a brief, second or two shot of Kirk saying "I'm still the Captain" and smiling. I want to see this scene again.

Is this a joke I'm not getting?

He said something like that in "The Trouble With Tribbles" after a bunch of them fell on him, but there's nothing in the TUC scripts indicating a line like that.

Nope.

Not to mention that Rick Berman had nothing to do with "The Undiscovered Country"... so he'd have hard time getting a line pulled from it.

But - but - Berman is responsible for everything that has ever gone wrong in the world!! His evil powers know no bounds!
