^^ impressed the showrunners have had the balls to do THAT scene...I half expected it to be skipped over.

very excited for this final episode but dreading the 10 month wait until series 4 :(

Great line.. Kill a few puppies..lol

Jeoffry needs to die!!! Can't stand that psychopath.

Great job. A few changes from what I recall from book but great work

Any word on when next season starts.up?

As much as I like this series I found this season ending underwhelming. It wasn't bad, having some nice moments in it, but overall it was just okay. It feels rather flat after last weeks episode.

I loved the scene with the Lannister's council meeting. When Joffrey happily gives Tyrion the news about the Stark's, and is promptly smacked down by his uncle and grandfather...it was a thing of beauty!

Well, an underwhelming finale to an underwhelming season. I guess this what happens when you split books in two. The shows still good, but compared to seasons one and two its lost some of its magic. Lets hope this isn't a sign of things to come.

And, for crying out loud, I cant believe no one slapped Joffrey this season! WTF???

I did not like this episode. Not because it was bad (which it wasn't) but because it could've been so much better.

D&D really wasted some opportunities on this one.

What the fuck are they doing with Stannis? He doesn't even resemble his book counterpart any more.

The whole time I watched it I was admiring the acting. The guy who plays Joffrey is excellent. That was my favorite scene in the whole thing.

Ten months :(

I have so many questions as to what they will do with certain up and coming choices of certain characters..

Hey maybe the next book will be out before the ten months is up, give the book readers something to look forward to. Though this seems unlikely?

Enjoyed it immensely, got a bit teary when the Greyjoy sister goes off after her little brother. All this talk of "family" from the Lannisters but here we actually see it.

AMAZING ending - each scene was better than the last!

I must admit, I was shouting at the screen "If you bastards(the showrunners)kill Gendry I WILL STOP WATCHING THIS FUCKING THING RIGHT NOW!!!!!!"

And I take it Walder Frey's watch is ticking?

After all you bloodthirsty jerks saying here last week "Catelyn and Robb got what they deserved for being immature and doing this and that....", if that fucker GRRM doesn't play by his own rules and execute the justice you lot all admire by killing Walder Frey BADLY then I will be PISSED OFF!!!! It seems likely this WILL happen since it was telegraphed with a MASSIVE sign by having Bran tell the story about the Rat guy just before we saw Filch, errr Frey.

And it shows how DIRE the situations in this story have been when just a simple meeting meeting between Samwise and Bran made my heart feel all mushy and glowing! I am looking forward to some of the evil fucks in this story getting their just deserts!

btw, I thought Bran was heading north to find Jon or Robb. Now he knows where Jon is, why does he still need to go beyond the wall??

And please answer within the context of known TV series information. I don't want "well, in the books, he's going to..." - thanks. :)

Bran is looking for the 3-eyed raven.

It was a great episode apart from the further Stannis character assassination. The bit when he let out an evil cackle after Davos was saved from death is one of the worst moments of the show. Though my least favourite added element remains Jaime killing that random kid in Season 2. I sometimes wonder if the showrunners have read the novels.

Yeah, I don't know how they're gonna salvage Stannis after this, deciding to head North was supposed to be his big turning point.

Exactly. In the books, Stannis being the only one of the king candidates that is willing to help The Watch against the real threat is what marks him out as a man of integrity.

The fact in the show he just does it cus Melisandre tells him to is a big betrayal of the character.
