That was an April Fools day post. Apparently though I have been too circumspect about my Riker loathing and some people actually believed it. I thought the movie rankings would be a dead giveaway.

I absolutely love those eps and I was shocked to find out they were unpopular. Very well written the way they showed their thought processes, how Bashir got sucked along. Great acting too.
Same here. I thought the "mutants" were great characters, even if we were introduced to them through my least favorite plot twist in Trek history: Bashir being genetically enhanced. Sigh... That still bugs me.
