Anyone good at making MP3 files? Need help!

But seriously if anyone can help I would appreciate it.

I need someone who can isolate a snippet of music of this clip starting at exactly :43 to 1:14 and turn it into an MP3 file I can listen to on windows media player.

I have no idea how to do this but I have no doubt to someone reading this it would be child's play. I would be most grateful to anyone who can do this. This is the video and the file can be emailed to me at aac729@yahoo.com.

I use AoA Audio Extractor, and then Audacity for light editing.
