The Foundry Officer Report is actually gone, not a bug.
Foundry missions now reward dilithium directly based on average playthrough time in theory.
Haven't tested that yet.
No more fleet marks for them, though.

Andorian fans, wake up.
First picture of the Kumari ship line has been posted on the STO Friday Screenshot page.

I played the KDF Spotlight mission Storm Clouds today. Took me about an hour and rewarded about 2k dilithium and 21k EC.

Worth testing. It looks like I have my plans for tonight.

I was testing my own foundry mission, partly because I was testing some changes I've made and partly to see how much dilithium can be earned. I received 0 dilithium when previously the mission gave 440 dilithium, so I assumed it was bugged.

Perhaps Cryptic decided not to award dilithium to authors playing their own missions? Can someone please run my foundry mission, "Komahashi Maru"? Tell me how much dilithium you earn from it?

This has been the worst patch ever. I've encountered so many bugs it isn't even funny anymore.

...

I keep having a problem with my bridge officers dropping out of their bridge slots and can't be reassigned. The workaround is to visit the fleet starbase area and reassign there.

Mine dropped out, but I was able to reassign them no problem. I have to say I actually like just being directly rewarded with dilithium for doing the missions. I think this is how it should have been all along.

This is what Mission replay should also be.
They finally have the tech to make dilithium a true time based currency!

I managed to find a nice quick one that gives about 600 dilithium and since its blowing up Negh'var's enough good drops to get a nice amount of EC.

I think they broke the foundry becuase part of the way into a mission I stop getting drops and skill points and I never start getting them again no matter how long I wait to try again.

There's a point in the Foundry missions where drops and the like stop happening, so you can't just farm the battleship destruction missions for good drops all day. I believe once that happens you have to wait a day until they start back up again.

Wow...I had a weird bug. So i played for about a year as a paid subscriber about a year ago, and then quit a year. I wanted to start a new character, (I have only one Fed) but it said that would cost 600 zen to buy two new slots. So i *just* grinded enough dilithium to get 600 zen. About a week ago i started a klingon character, but it seemed too boring so I never got her past the tutorial. I was just about to spend my zen when i decided to delete my klingon, and loe and behold I suddenly had a slot open to get a fed. I logged out and logged back in to see what would happen, and my slot disapeered, and again it said i need 600 zen. So i quickly created another klingon character and then deleted her and suddenly i had a slot again, so this time i took it and now i have two fed characters.

And still have my 600 zen. Weird.

That is weird, sometimes when I log in it says that I don't have any characters...

I have to log out all the way and back in again to fix.

So how 'bout them Andorian ships?

As for me...I'll be in my bunk:drool:

lol there's going to be a lot of exploding andorian ships over the next few weeks. I like to think of myself as an experienced STO player, but I'm not even certain I'll be able to make a viable build for them.

In the hands of the handful of really good players, such as Daizen, they'll be absolute terrors. In the hands of the remaining 99% of the playerbase, they'll be laughing stocks.

I see I'll be grinding for an Andorian ship...should take about a month. I looked at the upcoming stuff for the rest of the year, and I'm really excited.

I hope the game is doing well financially. I certainly see lots of people running around. On the flip-side, I read they couldn't afford to pay a voice actor $50,000 to come on board. Well, as long as the game stays up, I'm happy.

Who said anything about taking them into ESTF's or PVP? I'll just drool over it while doing my usual doffing run.:p
