I hope he hasn't used the Serenity storyline (probably not original either) where they find out everyone is dead or mad from their own governments experiments.

Seeing as nobody has yet voted, can we please have the option for Better then above average, but not quite outstanding?

We have a five point scale, the words associated are meaningless. If you don't like them, just ignore them and see them as 2/5 or 5/5 or whatever.

Yeah, there's no sense in abandoning the established 5-point structure just because one poster has a problem with it. Besides, adding another gradation in the upper half would leave the scale asymmetrical.

"Hardcopy" generally means something in physical form as opposed to purely electronic, so I assume he's asking if anyone's seen the MMPB version as opposed to the e-book.

Well, Therin obviously has one, but he visited DRGIII recently (or is still with him?), so I guess he got one of DRG III'S author copies.

That's why I asked, wether he ment hardcopy or hardcover.

^But there is no hardcover edition of this book, while there is an e-book edition. So I think the answer is self-evident.

I know my ranking page shouldn't really act as a constraint on the forum of course, but just personally I'd prefer to keep the established structure so new threads continue to be comparable to the old ones, for that purpose.

Edit: Hehehehe. Quick update. Still in Los Angeles, off home tomorrow. I just received an email from Galaxy Bookshop in Sydney (dated tomorrow), and the new "Allegiance in Exile" novel has just arrived there. Well, I had a scoop for all of four days. ;)

I know that, but perhaps the poster didn't, and mixed up two terms. I was seeking a simple clarification on that. My apologies.

The other way to post spoilers is to use the advanced reply window (either by hitting "Post Reply" on the left or "Go Advanced" beneath the Quick Reply window) and click the yellow smiley icon on the top right, the one with the x for a mouth.
