First Contact Censorship?

Some message boards censor certain words, even when used in a totally innocent context. Such as the first name of the last Vice-President! I suggested using the proper anatomical term, such as Penis Cheney, Phillip K. Penis, or that noted comic actor Penis Van Lesbian.

Yeah, I've run into the Dick Van Dyke problem myself on occasion . . .

Yea, that can be a tough one, LOL. The Official LOST board wouldn't let Dick or Dyke through, so, it was a real trial trying to get his name across to fellow posters.

LOL, yea. There was one time, I forget the actual gist of the conversation, but, I had a legitimate reason for citing his name (not just bashing the filter, LOL) and that was exactly what I ended up doing
