SUMMARY: Over a campfire, Rainbow Dash decides to share some imaginative and spooky tales, causing Scootaloo to have frightening, vivid nightmares; Scootaloo wants to get rid of her nightmares but doesn't want the others to think she is spineless.

Alright! New episode, and it features Rainbow Dash being awesome. Also, Scootaloo.

I got all excited when I saw this thread before remembering it's Friday. And then I noticed I was at work and not at home and it made me sad.

Oh my GOD that episode was INCREDIBLE. It had ALL of the RIGHT dialogue, GOBS of fantastic SONGS, and JEEBUS - Applejack FINALLY got to sing a SOLO!

Bring on more of the awesome!

Do we know that that still is from this episode?

All the promos so far have been using footage and stills from 1-7, 7 is the Wonderbolt Academy and we've seen the first 5.

That was a great little episode, nice character moments from a lot of the cast and even more screentime and powers from Luna.

Yup. Best part of the episode.

So that was...eh. Good focus on Scoots and Rainbow, good use of Luna, but everything else was kind of dull, I thought. The basic premise has been done to death by every other kids show out there, Rarity, AJ, Applebloom and Sweeite Belle didn't contribute anything to the plot, and the scary stories were really cliche and unimaginative. I don't know what the episode needed but it was missing something to take it from okay to great.

I have to say, outside Magic Duel, this season feels lacking. And given that Magic Duel was a holdover from last season, that's not a good sign.

They have been more filler at times, but I'm still enjoying them, plenty of good moments from the cast so far. Hopefully this sets up some good stories between RD and Scootaloo later.

No crystal empire, which means that image must be from somewhere later in the season, weird that it was released so early then.

I thought that was a darling episode and... *snickers* a fun poke at the fanficcers who have been hoping for this for some time.
