The resemblance is pretty slight. Not enough for me to think its Jeri Ryan.

I thought it was a good resemblance but the actor was a little too chipper. There's a certain Jeri quality missing.

As to they Ryan sex scandal I enjoyed that one because Jeri came out looking golden.

Its just weird that almost every other politician i know about it managed to keep this kind of stuff private.

So why bring it up?

Well, she hasn't been married to Jack Ryan since 1999 and Ryan himself hasn't been relevant to Obama or anyone else since 2004. So it's an odd leap to make. Even if you read "in" as "is". If Jeri Ryan had somehow vanished she probably be referred to as missing rather than lost.
