I still say that damn radio is going to begin receiving the Numbers Stations. I'm certain of it.

Then again I was wrong about the glyph-translation.

Peter is definitely got the Observer's speech patterns and mannerisms.

And his hair is going.

The next glyph is T.

TRUST

And the music in the coming attraction is Wagner.

OK, looks like I was the first to vote.

I gave it an 'Excellent', this was, I think, the best ep yet in this season. I am really hooked. The characters, though changed, feel right. This is great stuff. I really, really can't wait to see where it's going to go, though I'm going to be very sad to see it all come to an end.

No doubt about it. It's almost scary to watch the transformation.

Could this be why the Observers wanted all traces of him removed from the timeline to begin with, after the incident with the Machine?

I loved this episode and am loving this final season!

Peter becoming so Observer-like that it is scaring the crap out of me and Olivia as well. His attack on the Observers was something out of a horror movie.

Walter is afraid of becoming his old self which is a real danger by the way he talked to Nina so brutally about Bell's lack of feelings for her. I find it fitting that Walter is struggling with this. It's the perfect setup for the resolution of his character arc.

The quest to assemble the anti-Observer weapon seems to be almost over. How many tapes do they have left to watch, you think?

The Science channel will be airing the pilot on Tuesday at 8 pm and then another episode.

That must be a NY based channel? We don't get that here.

I've been thinking about watching our Season 1 DVDs during the hiatus.

I'm outta here, folks. Been good chatting with you, and will see you when the show returns. Happy Thanksgiving to all!

Oddly enough they hinted at this road for peter at comic-con

It was horrifyingly good. There was a brutal sense of irony when Walter is claiming that his son will stop him from being a cruel man... and the son had already done so. It reminded me of Hamlet - everyone knows it's a tragedy - and I couldn't stop watching the slow descent of both Walter/Peter.

I guess that was the crux of the whole fighting against the Observers - if one has to win, then one has to be an Observer. However, if one does become an Observer, all shreds of humanity is lost. If one wants to lose ... well that is losing. It's a Catch 22.

I predict plenty of heartbreak on the road to the series finale. But I'm willing to stick it out because I love the characters too much to stop watching now.

Science channel is a cable station.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Indeed. The Science Channel acquired the rights to all five seasons of Fringe and will start airing them this week. The network's already been airing Firefly. It's on its way to becoming more sci-fi than Syfy.
