Buffy is stronger, faster, and a professional kicker of asses. She would clean his clock.
I'm not versed in the Buffy 'verse. What strength feats put Buffy above Spock? Spock is no slouch.
But what if Buffy doesn't know about the Vulcan neck pinch and Spock lets her get in close for some killer hit and then neck pinches her?
I don't see why she would "let" him get close for any reason. Her knowledge of the neck pinch is immaterial.
Okay he pretends to stumble and she moves in for the kill, he twists, leaps and pinches.

Yes, Buffy's abilities are magical in nature. Plus, unlike Spock, she's a trained killer.
Surely, Spock would find fighting Buffy highly illogical and instead rig up a solar gun to help her dispatch vamps without all the fisticuffs.

I think some random throwaway line on DS9 established the average Vulcan's strength as being three times that of a human. 'course, Spock is only half Vulcan, and feats of strength were never really his specialty.

Yeah would be more logical to send Data to kick Buffy's ass.
So noted, I still think Spock could take her without weapons involved.
So Data could take out Buffy? What about Species 8472? 8472 aliens are both strong and fast.
