Here's the best answer I could find:
http://alphaweightloss.com/optical/...sses-brand-named-structure-sears-optical.html
And a link regarding the current models:

You could try taking a picture of it. Perhaps somebody could help you find a similar frame in another brand.
Is your frame broken and you want to re-use the lenses, or is it that you just really like that frame?
If it's the former, it's often possible to find a frame with a similar but slightly smaller lens size and then cut the current lenses down to fit the new frame. If it's a style issue, there's not much you can do if Sears Optical won't contact their Structure Rep to try to find one.
I am trying to track down a specific model of eyeglass frame that has been discontinued, but I want that specific model... does anyone know of any website or place I can go to that carries discontinued frames? The model is called Structure SR 817

A bespoke (fully customised frames, not just a MTO or stock special service) glasses maker could copy them for you. Even better, they'll fit you perfectly. I know of a couple of UK makers who do this, but I'm not familiar with the market in the States. The market is naturally small due to the price of bespoke frames, but if you're in/near a very big city, there may be one near you. Google is an obvious starting point for your search, but try to look for personal recommendations as this sort of work is quite a skilled service.

Is there a way I can order the frames from the US?
