Looks great!
Overall, I like it. However, being a traditionalist, IMO there can only be one "center seat". Having two chairs side by side at the same level feels like more of a "co-Captain" situation - a situation that might actually make for some unwanted/interesting subconscious psychological ramifications for how the crew addresses the Captain. Even Picard's lounge-like bridge left no ambiguity as to who was in charge. The additional seating for Riker and Troi, however, at Picard's level always irked me.

My main question is why the comms guy gets a chair and the person responsible for firing the weapons while the ship's being shook to pieces doesn't.
^^^ Actually, they've had standing people on some of the bridge consoles since the TMP Connie Refit. May not be practical, but not unheard of in any case. 
They finally gave him a chair in Generations--then crashed the ship immediately afterward.
Yeah, there were times when Tuvok stood, but also times in which he was seated (the chair at tactical was lower than the top of the console and really couldn't be seen from head-on).

I've always thought of any personnel standing up during situations calling for Red Alert to be rather ridiculous. Inertial dampeners aside, they are still apparently not enough to cancel out all ship movement from transferring to inside the ship. And not only that, but inertial dampeners can also apparently fail, which I believe was mentioned in that episode as the Voyager was crash landing on that ice planet.
I think that all crew members should be strapped into bucket seats during combat situations, like what is done with our current military aircraft, which is what I would design all of the seats for if I were to design the interior for any future starships. Even then, you can assume that any starships that I design will have this feature.

Looks good so far. It would be interesting to see your take on other rooms on the ship, such as sickbay or main engineering.
Interesting how you have more forward-facing consoles than outward-facing ones. This is something I've had mixed feelings about. On the one hand, forward-facing consoles look cool and add more visual interest to a bridge design. On the other hand they can also add too much visual clutter. Plus, it would seem less practical for a station to have its own view of the main screen rather than having its own dedicated screen.
That said, I like how unique your layout is and I'm sure it would look good in 3D.

One Problem with your design, Riker's Ready room is at the aft of the bridge. the Observation lounge is indeed in the front. I would go back to a single Command chair in the center. That is one part of the Voyager bridge design I did not like. the books describe the Titan bridge as looking like a smaller version of the Soverign Class Bridge.
I have only read 2 Titan novels and never got an idea of the bridge. As I explained at the beginning of this thread I have not based it on the novels since it isn't canon.

Interesting. With all those "monolith" light panels arching in like that, my first thought is about the climax of ST5, where Captain Kirk meets God and still isn't impressed.
I would assume that these are meant to connect up to an imaginary/invisible (i.e. "removed for clarity") ceiling, but then the holo-MSD arch seems much taller than them, suggesting that these do indeed terminate short of the ceiling. What was your intention here?

I used this http://www.ex-astris-scientia.org/gallery/bridges/enterprise-e-bridge-insurrection.jpg as a reference. I hate the sovereign the bridge. I hate the sovereign class full stop. I just based the pillars on the design form the movies. Tehcnically I should have drawn the pillars as high as the holographic MSD. I will correct that in the finished piece. I got the idea for the MSD arch from TNG parallels where the enterprise is modified in a different reality
