Star Wars 1313

What is it?!?!

Last week, Lucasfilm registered eight domains via the Corporate Service Company, all centered around 1313: StarWars1313.com, SW1313.com, 1313starwars.com, 1313starwars.net, 1313sw.com, 1313sw.net, starwars1313.com, starwars1313.net, sw1313.com, and sw1313.net.
(What, no StarWars1313sucks.com? I call dibs!)

Have at it, sports fans.

I like the Munsters in Space suggestion, but sadly a crossover of that sort seems unlikely, so I'm going with the Boba Fett story - when The Clone Wars raps up, the animated series will continue past ROTS with the further adventures of young Boba Fett and maybe one or two adolescent characters of note. ;)

Is it... Star Wars The Television Series?

Star Wars Episode Zero starring Young Yoda?

Star Wars: A New Hope: The Remake?

Star Wars: Episode Seven?

I'm guessing the TV show.

guessing Bobba Fett as he used CT-1313 through the books as an alias pretty regularly...

Probably a Boba Fett videogame, according to those in the know - the trademarking is for various different media including software manuals, apparently.

Fusible has the full list of details from the trademark application.

Reading the wide range of things that it covers makes me wonder if Lucasfilm might be trying out another big "multimedia project" like Shadows of the Empire.

^That was my thought based on what I read on IGN. I'm just wondering if it's going to tie into The Clone Wars at all, or would the show probably be over by the time whatever this is starts?

Shadows of the Empire.

Oh! I recently read the graphic novel and the story was way better than the N64 game, not to mention nearly completely different.

I guess this project could be the same... (game taking part in only bits of the story)

And the comic featured mostly different events set around the same situations compared to the "main" novel.

It was a pretty impressive project, approached the same way as a major motion picture release would have been (novel, young adult novelization, comics, video game, toys, soundtrack, etc.) - just without the movie.

One day someone will have to explain to me how Boba Fett became such a cult hero. It's always escaped me, and I generally love high-tech badass type characters.

I quite liked the Jango/Obi-Wan fight in AOTC though.

1. He has a cool costume.
2. a man of few words.
3. his death being among the first evidence that Lucas had gone of the rails.

Whatever this is exactly, it looks like it will probably be unveiled on May 31 on Spike TV's GTTV. Geoff Keighley will be visiting the LucasArts studio for that day's episode. Gameplay will then be shown during Spike's "E3 All Access Live" show.

He was also the only good part of the holiday special.

When I was a kid I always figured he was a badass because he could talk back to Vader and he did catch Han after all.

For me there is one thing, and one thing only, that destroyed the character as any type of fearsome villain. His defeat in ROTJ. Would it have hurt the movie to have three extra minutes of action added on to the desert sequence to give Boba Fett a chance to show he was a legitimate nemesis for Han? A great Han Solo/Boba Fett fight scene in that sequence is something that I have always felt was missing.
