It isn't, although I'd been toying with the idea. The person who won the Episode Theme could run the next contest since they can't pick the episode theme (since they go in order) or something like that. The contests might be a little more... timely that way. But I like doing them so I had left it the way it was so far.

Anyhow, the next entry thread will go up tomorrow morning, and I promise not to close the voting early for this one.
