Which ep or eps does Kirk say something like 'If I didn't know any better, I would think someone was pulling an elaborate gag or hoax' and 'If I had time I would laugh'?

I believe the first line was from "Catspaw." Kirk is puzzled by the castle trappings as an elaborate trick-or-treat. The second line I think came from "The Alternative Factor." McCoy is trying to explain the disturbing differences between Lazarus' bandaged wounded and Kirk finds him with the bandage still on his forehead which causes Kirk to make the quick quip, "If I had time, I'd laugh."
