I take it that this is your take on a possible futureverse like the Enterprise-J from Azati Prime fame? As Arte Johnson's german soldier used to pronounce from his Amazon jungle hideout: very, very iiiiiiinteresting!
It looks very derivative of your previous work.

Is that good or bad?
Naturally, they're all from my same "family."

...The one thing that I never liked too well was the move to smaller nacelles. To me, especially from certain angles, the Enterprise-D looked awkward. Huge saucer and tiny nacelles...
Quite the opposite actually. I like continuity in design and consistency. Repetitiveness on the other hand...Forgive sojourner. He wants every ship to be a unique design unlike anything that's come before. He's not a big fan of continuity or consistency.

Then you did a good job of reproducing it subconsciously. The art is good, just the same if you look at the image I linked from your other thread. At this point I'll be curious to see how you continue to develop this design in a different direction.
As for the "honest" comment, that was meant more for Ziz, who entered the thread for the sole purpose of commenting about me rather than the art.
