Far be it for me to jump to defend Mr. Gardener's honor! But if you don't know the UK version of Skins, this sort of thing happens all the time. Even though they do use over-18 actors they literally could not make the UK version in America - it's one of the reasons MTV's remake failed. I personally don't see the appeal of the show at all (taking the sex out of the equation for a moment), but then MTV's similar (but toned down) series Undressed lasted a million years so maybe I'm just missing something. Or maybe people do just watch it for the sex. If you read The Writer's Tale by Russell T Davies you'll find he was all but obsessed with the show.

Once more.

A 20 year old actress is playing the part of a 13 year old character who lead her also fictional boyfriend to believe that she was at least 18 like he was... And then she tells the police and her parents, becuase she is miffed that he broke up with her for absolutely no reason.

It was far more hilarious, than it could ever be sexy.

Castelan, I believe it's interesting to see Who actors elsewhere and remark on their talent.

Holly was also dressed up as Tinkerbell covered in glitter with wings and a little wand doing a whole Peter Pan bit on ecstasy.

That was pretty cool too.

I especially think it's interesting when we see Who actors doing things that they would never do on Who.

Exactly. This is a Doctor Who forum which means anything related to Who, including the activities of the actors. If this wasn't TrekBBS we'd have had threads on Simon Pegg's involvement in Star Trek by now. And in this case we're discussing - with tongue firmly planted in cheek - the fact a companion actress from the latest Christmas special went on from playing a character in a kid-friendly show like Doctor Who to the raunchy UK version of Skins, putting her in the elite company of Billie Piper*, Katy Manning** and Debbie Watling*** in the sense of doing the "half-naked Whovian tottie" route after doing DW (I could also include Talulah Riley who went on from Silence in the Library to being the lead actress in the not-quite-as-raunchy-but-still-check-her-out St Trinians remake).

If there's a concern about the discussion being too specific to one show, then how about someone jump in if they remember seeing Holly Earl playing young Kochanski in an episode of Red Dwarf?
