Awesome Lea Thompson interview from the AV Club

Even though the AV Club probably does the best pop-culture reviews around, I rarely find myself all that interested in most of them, but I have to say that this "Random Roles" feature with Lea Thompson is totally fascinating. In it, she talks about BttF, SpaceCamp, Howard the Duck and Some Kind of Wonderful (where she costarred with original Marty McFly Eric Stoltz), so there's lots of SF/F goodness in there. Also, she talks about her breasts in hilarious and insightful fashion. What's not to love?

That is a pretty great interview. I always think it's fascinating to hear people talk honestly about some of the roles they've had that didn't work out, or lesser-known films that may have slipped by. It's interesting when you only sort of have a perception of an actor from the things that you've seen, as opposed to the entire breadth of their filmography.

Thanks for the link. I've had a crush on her since I was seven when I first saw her in My favorite movie BTTF. Of course as I got older I "Grew" to like her in new ways...

FYI - In a great irony Meredith Baxter, Michael J Fox's other famous fictional Mom, played Lea's own mother on her new show!
