Ahmad Bradshaw (the Giants player with the ball) was supposed to down the ball on the one-yard-line so that the clock would keep running while the Giants set up their next play, which would leave the Patriots less time to attempt a touchdown of their own once they got the ball back. Unfortunately, his momentum caused him to slip and fall into the end zone anyway, thus scoring the touchdown (good) but also stopping the clock (bad). However, it all worked out in the end because the Patriots dropped some really easy passes and didn't score on their return drive.

You would have liked it 'cause there were other fake British people at the game, like Madonna.

^^Actually, if I'm not mistaken thats a male bird holding the beak of a female bird of the same breed. Which changes the dynamic somewhat.

I don't have any idea what you'e talking about. That was a play from last night's Super Bowl. I know exactly what's going on...but it still looks funny.

Never mind, mate. I just remembered the three month long argument i had with my neighbor's yank husband on what footie is. Wanted to avoid something similar happening again.
