Naked guy, in space, over Vulcan

Looks like he's just wearing shorts. But then my eyes suck and I wear glasses so don't trust 'em with such a tiny pic.
He looks dressed to me, albeit not in a Starfleet uniform. I'd like to think he'd just gotten off duty, slipped on a nice pair of slacks and settled down with some green chicken cubes and a nice glass of brandy, all set to read the latest 'T'Potter the Vulcan Wizard' novel... when Nero blows his ship to pieces and he gets blown out into space.
I looked again, and he definitely looks naked to me. Maybe he was in the shower as his ship disintegrated around him.
This is one of the oddest topics in recent memory. After the day I'm having it's making me laugh instead of crying like I want to.
Looks like some kind of human shape and male but not naked. He looks like he's wearing shorts or pants to me.
When all the more....intelligent topics have been trod to death, what's left?
As long as it's not "ugly naked guy".
From farther away, it kind of looks humanoid, but if you blow the picture up many many more times and pay close attention to the shading and pixels around the bright areas, it looks to me more like it's really just a piece of twisted debris.

I zoomed in on the image. Not a naked guy. Person, but not naked. He could've been iced over...
It might just be me, but it looks like he has some kind of flat stand on his feet. Maybe he was a tan army man?
Not naked, kind of looks like a TMP era uniform. His (her) head is a different color, and the hands. There does appear to be a "something" around the left thigh. Look at the way the pant legs merge into the shoes, like with the TMP uniform.
Does anyone else think that could be his shadow on the hull section below him.
He might not be from one of the ship Nero destroyed. If you think about it, he could have been in Vulcan orbit for years.

I read somewhere that pretty often in airplane accidents the victims end up naked since the clothes get ripped off at those speeds.
So if his ship went to pieces around him, yeah, he could end up naked.
