I don't believe you can have profile pics, luv'. I've been here for over a year, and I haven't found such a feature. Although I admit I haven't tried very hard to find one either, but something like this would've popped up in my profile.

Bloody hell, yer right. I found it on my profile as well. I'm a Commodore (2000+ posts) so I can confirm that its present for that rank at least.

Very well, we've confirmed two things today. One, there are profile pics here on TBBS. And two, I'm in serious need of glasses.

Well, its probably unlocked far earlier. However, I'm not in the habit of guessing, so I just confirmed that it is unlocked for a Commodore.

Try posting in QSF (the Questions, Suggestions, and Feedback forum). If it's enabled for you, I'd assume it's in your User CP (link found near the top of any page). If it's not enabled for your rank, an admin or someone can tell you when you will get it. But posting these kinds of technical questions in QSF is your best bet.
