Time STO F2P Starts?

well its tuesday, 12:48 am, why isnt STO f2p unlocked yet?

My Money is on that'll it'll happen at 10:00am PST, they'll just be finishing a 2 hour maintenance of some sort at that time. Most likely it'll the activation process of FTP. The events associated with it start at the same time, so it's a safe bet.

Lets see I bought mine when I preorded the game, so by now its paid off and I get 400 C-points a month which can let me get some of the cheaper things in the store or the more expensive if I wait and rack them up, or I can sell them for a nice amount of dilithium which is needed to get the good gear which. I also get priority access which is a good thing to have incase there is a large rush of new players, and I get access to all the veteran rewards such as free character slots and a VA ship. Oh and I get all my ships up to Rear Admiral for free while you F2Pers have to grind dilithium for them after Commander.

So why should I be having a tough time?
