To answer the OP- no. I haven't been on a plane since 1993. TrekBBS didn't exist then.And even if it had, I wouldn't have had a laptop to take on a plane! (Old laptops were HUGE.)

The last time I flew on a plane was in 1991. I first got on the Internet in 1993. 
when I was much, much younger than I am today I made love to my boyfriend on a ferris wheel. It was late at night, the regatta had closed for the night but my boyfriend knew the man who owned the ferris wheel. The owner let us on the ferris wheel and then let the ferris wheel rotate until we were at the very top, then the owner went inside.
When we wanted to get down, about an hour later, we had to throw coins down onto the owner's caravan to get him to come out and lower us to the ground.
One of my more romantic dates.
As far as posting from a plane, I haven't done so far. The only time I fly is to visit my sister in Adelaide. That is only a 2 hour flight and I enjoy looking out of the window for the duration.
I once posted from another computer in another building. Does that count?
I don't fly enough to get that opportunity to post while in the air. Also, I find myself just listening to music, looking out the window, or sleeping while I fly.

I can't sleep on planes because of the noise and the fact that I'm 6' 5" trying to fit into those damn coach seats is futile at best.
Never posted to the 'net from a plane. Right now, all I have for mobile use is an iPad with only Wi-Fi, so it won't work there. Once I get my iPhone, I doubt I'll bother. Can't really surf TrekBBS on a screen that small...
Really? Cool. I liked the way it converted for use by the Rockies - they slid an entire section of the stadium out of the way. Much better than the old cookie cutters.
My dad has two seats from old Yankee Stadium, BTW.

It was actually built that way for the Denver Bears.
The old east stands from Mile High stadium were sold to some college when they tore down the stadium, so it's still sliding back and forth out there somewhere.
I miss the old Mile High, my parents had season tickets for the Broncos since 1976, and finally got rid of them after the first season at the new stadium. I saw a lot of football (Broncos and the USFL Gold), baseball (Bears, Zephyrs, and Rockies), and a lot of concerts.
The new Mile High stadium sucks.

I don't think my first thought is TBBS when I'm on a plane, no. Maybe at the airport if there's lots of waiting around (which there isn't for me because I'm a last minute runner), but not on the plane itself...
