Lovie's one of the best coaches the team has ever had.
Think about this: Jerry Angelo had been the team's GM since 2001.
Matt Forte's selection for the 2011 Pro Bowl makes him the first offensive player Angelo has drafted to make the Pro Bowl. Let's see how Lovie does when there isn't a drooling mouthbreather running the front office.

Don't the Colts have to pay Peyton $28 million next year if they don't trade him or cut him? With the new salary limits on rookies, drafting Luck makes more financial sense. At the end of the day, it's a business. Sometimes business is rough and leaves people out in the cold. Not that Peyton would be out on the street like a normal person losing his job. The players and owners both treat this like a business, so the Colts have to do what's best. That's drafting Luck.
