It was a bit decent. I thought I would have seen more of Peter but it's more of Olivia's problems. Plus there wasn't much answers given there. The death of the invisible guy was rather sad, given that all he ever wanted was to be noticed, and that was the reason for his crimes. I did like how Peter gave Lincoln the new glasses... which essentially told of his acceptance that his home is elsewhere - and not in the timeline that is shown in the show.
Well since this is an alt-version of the prime universe... David Robert Jones?
I hadn't thought about that, but the experiments being conducted are strongly suggestive of him. That's a good theory. I would not be the least bit surprised to see him pop up here in this reality.

I agree, despite everything, it was kinda sad to see Eugene die--but it was after he was seen. Not only that, Julie said she saw him everyday--he just didn’t know. Which kinda begs the question, how long has he been killing people for her to be able to see him every day?

A character from the first season, he was imprisoned and escaped by using a machine that Walter had built that basically teleported him out of his jail cell. He was intent on crossing over to the alt-verse to find Bell, but was killed during the attempt.
Definitely a strong possibility to see the character return in this revised timeline.

Thanks for noting that, I'm fishing for opinions so I can go with the majority preference. At this point, I'll have many weeks to think about it before we do the next one.
I remember now--he was caught partway through the portal-whatever. It must’ve cauterized him because I don’t remember seeing his guts spill out.
On the contrary for me. I miss a bit the alternate universe team. They had a great chemistry and friendly bantering. They had cool episode cases and nice little differences with our universe. Still, it's fun to have a different Lincoln in our universe. I don't think red Lincoln would fit with our universe team.
Could someone explain to me this theory why what we're seeing this season is an alternate universe (which would suggest to me one that already existed alongside the others in the earlier season) instead of a semi-merged version of the two originals minus Peter's influence post-Walter curing him after the kidnapping? I'll admit to being a bit dense and missing stuff in these shows sometimes, but so far I haven't noticed anything that would suggest that (other than Peter's remarks, which I took to mean he just didn't comprehend that this Olivia was his Olivia, just retconned by the actions of the observers). I keep seeing comments here and there about this being an entirely different place, one that existed without Peter and one that will still exist when Peter returns to his universe, but I'd like someone to lay out the argument for it. If anyone's feeling charitable.
I can't remember which spoiler site but that actor was spotted on set a few weeks back
Remember, last season we saw a flashback to when Olivia ran away and came back with Peter? What if she didn't came back (without Peter), and Nina found her (they were looking for her after all) and got closer in the process, so she took her under her wing.
Kirk Acevedo was contracted for a handful of episodes this season. I guess he can stick around now for good if they haven't already filmed another exit for him.
