Off the top of my head: Data, R. Daneel Olivaw, C-3P0, R2-D2.

I suppose the Tin Man could count, depending on just how you define a robot. He started off human, and had all of his body parts replaced, one by one. I get the impression that he works more by magic than mechanics, though.

Tik-tok, also from the Oz books, definitely counts.
