Yes, it would be wrong, as he would be assuming that neither woman had the dignity or self-respect to not settle for a man who wouldn't "choose" them unless it involved him being able to have sex and/or a relationship with someone else at the same time.

And I'm assuming these aren't "girls" but grown women, because otherwise the "guy" in question would be a pedophile.

More context needed? OK. the situation took place in Pittsburgh on a tuesday afternoon in April, it was raining. The man in question was Filipino with dyed blonde hair and a goatee. One of the girls was raised at an orphanage, the other was wearing a bowler hat and had a limp.
