"Others...Others..."

The Peter/Walter/Nina stuff was great and cool bit at the end. I just hope the main storyline is finally picking up.

Time slips, ah, that explains the double folder delivery to Olivia.

Good ep, I'm already ready to watch the next ep! Have a great weekend folks, see y'all next week!

See you next week, Quo. I'm just about ready to call it a night myself.

Voted 'Good'. Probably the best ep so far out of five, and next week looks to be even better.

Thanks to the usual Fringe Gang for showing up tonight.

:bolian:

I understand why this Walter, who's more of a broken man than the old Walter, won't allow himself to be overjoyed with reuniting his son again. But I hope he gets over his guilt and helps Peter fix what went wrong.

I think this alternate timeline storyline won't be covering the entire season. I think it may last up to Episode 8 which I heard is going to have the level of a season finale.

So what are we looking at then, hitting the reset button? I've suspected that this has to happen at some point.

Not a reset button, per say, because I think the characters or at least some of them will remember what happened in the alternate timeline and dealing with those memories on top of the memories of the original may have a personal impact on them.

So the folder delivery was the first time shift we see.

The shapeshifters were from the red universe, but now aren't the red and blue universes connected? Are they still trying to slip people into "our" (blue) universe?

I can see why Walter doesn't feel Peter to be "his" son. In the blue universe, he raised Peter. In this combo universe, he didn't. Nice that Peter remembers it all--I wonder how he feels about Walternate.

Someone remind me, in this combo universe, Olivia never had the cortexiphan tests, becuase she was being raised by Nina, evidently. Was this the first mention of this fact? Why would Nina do this? Did I forget something--since it's been forever since the show was on.

I think it was the first mention of Nina raising her. But the last episode (?), where we met the guy who had control over electromagnetism, he called her Olive and asked if any of the other subjects had been found and she said no. But if she wasn't part of the tests, what was she doing there and how did he know her?
