Chekov's Bad Hair Days

KirksStuntMan

Lieutenant Commander
Red Shirt
I can't decide which Chekov hairstyle was worse: his Beatle type wig he had during his introductory episodes, or the severe wrap around hairstyle he wore later in the series. What's your opinion?

I liked the beatle-type wig. It was cute.:adore:

(fitting that this would be my first post.)

Yeah, the beatle wig was sort of cool, even though it dates the show.

The wrap around/comb over hairstyle was really bad though.

I saw Walter Koenig on Shatner's talk show and he was totally smooth on top.

Should've stuck with a wig. Maybe not that wig, but (albeit in retrospect) the combover is bordering on the ludicrous.
Everything old is new again though...didn't Justin Bieber wear a haircut for years that was exactly like the wraparound? Or was it Zac Efron first? I forget.

I think Koenig looks better sans wig than with the increasingly bad pieces he's worn over the years.

The difference being that Bieber really does have a lot more hair.

Hell, I had that same haircut when I was his age, THIRTY YEARS AGO!

Goddamn kids...

The poor guy never had a god hair day, it was the sixties and from what hardly remember there were not that many good hair days for a lot of folk at that time.
