I use Vances and ones made Kevinvelder using Capt Shade's ship style but theres a severe lack of Klingon parts mostly TMP era and TNG + and no Bird of Prey ones =/ also Romulan ship parts id cut and paste ones from Shipschematics.net but that would just be tacky IMHO =/

anyone able to help?

You just use Windows Paint, right? Try moving up to Paint.Net. It's free and "feels" very much like Paint when you start using it but it can do SO much more. I've used it to back engineer a lot of drawings from SSnet to create individual parts.

The only thing that took me a bit of learning was understanding and keeping track of which layer I was drawing on. Once you get the hang of that, the rest is easy.
