Mind you, this was filmed before 9/11 (and cut because of it). So the idea that you are detained and interrogated for making a silly joke was around even then. My question in that regard is: how much is truly different today? Even back then you could get arrested for "looking suspicious", even thought the definition of "suspicious" might have changed a bit.
