Uncle John's Bathroom Readers! Appreciation Thread

Hey there. I would either say that:

a) You haven't heard of these books and don't know what I'm talking about.

b) You have heard of them and you like them, and you may have some.

When I go off mobile I'll provide a link, but for those that don't know, it's a series of book to be (ostensibly) read in the bathroom but they can be read anywhere, containing facts, stories, myths and tales compiled for entertainment. What I find great is that there is all a lot of stuff in these books that I am interested in, but a lot of it I would not have sought out actively. However, because it's in there I'll read about it.

Anyone else have these books?

Those books are the best.

They have them for young readers too. My son is always quoting something out of them.

I had never heard of these books before reading this thread.

I have just order Uncle John's Unsinkable Bathroom Reader. i choose it from all the other Bathroom Readers because it had a picture of rubber ducks on the front.

Even if I don't like it, I am certain that my No 2 son will.
