WTF?

Robocop wakes up in the future with a little bit of sky net in him, which is why he inadvertently kills the last human being, so he goes back in time into the middle of the second movie, killing and replacing the T-80 to save Sarrah Connor and John Connor from the T-1000 because the future as it would have unfolded just didn't cut it.

Dark Horse already did Robocop vs. Terminator back in the early 90's. They even did a Superman vs. The Terminator crossover with DC in 2000. That was the same year DH also published Aliens vs. Predator vs. Terminator, where the clone Ripley teams up with the Predators to stop Skynet from creating an Alien-Terminator hybrid.

I had that game for the Genesis; loved it. It even had Robocop 2 and ED-209 as bosses. The first Dark Horse mini from the early 90s isn't too bad. Frank Miller wasn't a parody of himself yet and it had killer Walt Simonson art.

Lex luthor was contending with/purchasing/giving birth to Skynet... Depending on how Luthor was doing in the past, the nature and powers of the terminators would change as different futures would send even more advanced Terminators back to fight Superman.

You just have to know going in like any property crossover some liberties are at play.

I may have to dig the Dark Horse one out when I go home over the Holidays. Anyone recall the particulars of that story? As best I recall the tech that went into Robocop was a template for making the T-600/800 models along with how sentience interacted.
