Interesting idea, Depp as Nick Charles. Not quite sure how I feel about it. He seems a little, I don't know, "fey" perhaps. Those would be big shoes he would be trying to fill, replacing William Powell. Is there really such a project under conversation? Who's on the short list for Nora?

Never...always.... They're the same thing when you really think about it.

I think Johnny Depp should try something new and not play any roles for 3-5 years. That way, when he finally does come out with a new movie, I can be excited about it instead of just annoyed.

And it should be 10-15 years before he makes another movie with Tim Burton.

I voted for Barnabas...not only because it's already in production, but because it's a good fit for Johnny Depp. I can't think of a more perfect actor to play Barnabas than Depp.

Can't say that I feel the same about him playing Nick Charles though. And I say that as someone who is a HUGE Johnny Depp fan.

I just don't see him as Nick.
