That's not too far off from how my grandmother looked when she died. That's awful.

Oh dear Jesus. Whether one likes Apple or not (I do), the man is a genius at marketing, and passionate about his work, and you have to respect that. Against the current odds, I hope he pulls through this. It would be terrible to see another brilliant mind succumbing to this horrible disease.
I don't really like Apple (that may be an understatement) but I wouldn't wish cancer on anyone.

I'm a bit of an Apple fan boy, and by a bit, I mean that if I could afford it, I'd buy everything Apple makes, from computers to portables. That not being the case, though, I like my Windows machines just fine (I'm a big fan of Windows 7, too). But yeah, I can't imagine anyone hating a person so much, over a product at least, that they'd wish cancer on them. Though I'm sure there is someone somewhere who would.
Man ... to be at that level of cachexia, plus the very not-good appearance of his beard and the slight redness on the upper prominence of his cheekbone (due to the loss of clotting factor production) ... all of it pretty much confirms that he's either in end-stage cancer, or is undergoing absolutely mind-blowing chemo regimes (the latter of which isn't out of the question; we can keep just about anything alive these days, at a price -- both financial and physical).
He's a raging asshole and quite possibly a sociopath, but pancreatic cancer -- any cancer -- is a terrible thing and no one should ever have to fight it.

Those are really sad pictures....its a painful way to go and its a painful way to watch your loved ones go.
