The Dark Knight Rises Anticipation Station

I dunno if this has been covered in the previous 65 pages yet :), but is there any aspect of No Man's Land being used in this movie? The teaser showed shattering glass falling from skyscrapers high up in the air. Was that the earthquake?

^ That has been speculated in the thread yes. I believe Sammy mentioned something in one of the spoiler codes he posted. The earthquake actually happened at the end of Cataclysm. No Man's Land actually depicted the aftermath and Gotham's status as NML.

More filming on the highway.

Here is a short documentary about my experiences traveling to Pittsburgh and being an extra on the set of The Dark Knight Rises.

Nice short! :techman:
Question? It's bugged me since I saw some photos but did they tear into the field or is that some type of overlay that is giving off a sheared look of Heinz Field?

That second picture from that angle clearly shows the overly. Thanks for answering that for me Obi. I didn't think even Hollywood would be able to fix a field for NFL standards that fast if they had trashed it.

Is that Anne Hathaway or her stunt double?
Stunt double. Not just because the hairline isn't Hathaway's, but because they won't even let Christian Bale ride the Batpod. It is, apparently, a total PITA to control.

Yeah the NFL would never allow them to actually tear into the field especially when pre-season just started.

What's funny is that someone brought home a souvenir

I think I walked away from the Heinz shoot with the greatest prize of all:

BEHOLD THE SOD!

Yeah, I'm the guy who won the sod in the raffle.

Thanks for answering that for me Obi.

I gotta say I'm liking the vehicles in Nolan's batman-verse. They're distinctive, cool, and not immediately identifiable. Your first reaction upon seeing them for the first time is :wtf: then you're thinking :techman:

Tumbler, batpod and now batwing. Three of the coolest bat-toys ever conceived. :tech man:

If this next film lives up to the first two then in my opinion Nolan's trilogy will have given us the best live-action Batman ever to grace the screen. It will be a very hard act to follow.
