Favorite female villains?

Whofan

Fleet Captain
Any favorites from across the years? Here's an essay on ones I could think of:

The earliest major one I think was Shirley Cooklin's Kaftan, who was very much sort of a Bond villain type nemesis, who worked with Kleig to revive the Cybermen in Tomb of the Cybermen.

Third Doctor wise, The Master sort of had a semi-romantic interest, Gallea. This would be somewhat recalled in the new series, as the Master also has a relationship with Lucy, although that lasts much longer. Actress Ingrid Pitt would also unfortunately be in one of Doctor Who's silliest scenes ever in the Peter Davison story "Warriors of the Deep".

Planet of the Spiders had the Spider Queens, although they kind of fit into the monster category better.

When we move into Tom Baker's era there seem to be more memorable female villains. Right away we have Miss Winters, who uses the robot to cause trouble. (She would later show up again in a Sarah Jane audio story). Then of course we have Eldrad, who briefly possesses Sarah Jane and later turns into a female form from a disembodied hand. Then there's the Fendahl, who possesses a female paleontologist. Stones of Blood had Vivien Fey, aka the Cessair of Diplos.

City of Death features the villanous Countess Scarlioni played by former Bond and Pink Panther girl Catherine Schell. Creature from the Pit has the much less memorable Adrasta.

State of Decay has the memorable Vampiress Camilla.

Moving on to the Peter Davison era, there's the weird robot Enlightenment...and the most memorable female villain is probably the Piratey eternal Captain Wrack. Then of course there's Ingrid Pitt again, but I kind of already went over that.

The Colin Baker era of course introduces the renegade Time Lady the Rani, although Jacqueline Pierce's evolved androgum Chessene was kind of cool too. Tasembaker sort of counts too, I guess, although she was mostly manipulated by Davros.

Trial of a Time Lord featured the bald brain-transplanted Peri although that's from a timeline that apparentally never really happened...and Honor Blackman's professor in Vervoids was kind of misguided...

McCoy of course opens with the Rani again...and then there's Patricia Quinn's Belaz, but both are sort of camp. Rememberance of The Daleks has the battle computer merged girl....Then of course there's the Thatcher parody Helen A, and the OTT Lady Peinforte from Silver Nemesis.
The final season had many female villains. There was of course Morgaine from Battlefield, but Lady Pritchard and her daughter made for intriquing henchvillains (Although they were mind-controlled)...Jean and Phyllis the vampire sirens from Curse of Fenric....

moving on (The TV movie had no female villains unless you count the possessed Grace), in the new series we are introduced to Cassandra and the female Slitheen, and both return for a second story but they have not been used since...The Christmas Invasion has Harriet Jones sort of acting like a villain...There's "CyberJackie", then of course the Wire from Idiot's Lantern. Fear Her had Chloe, but she was kind of possessed...Yvonne Hartman was another 'misguided' villain.

Then of course there's the Racnoss, another massive Spidery female villain. There seems to be more female villains in Tennant's second season (Season 3)...The Vampire lady, Lillith and her sisters, Mother of Mine, and of course, Lucy Saxon. Miss Foster appears in season 4, there's the repeating possessed lady in Midnight... and of course the evil Cyberman allied lady in The Next Doctor.

Moving on again, Prisoner Zero takes on a female form....There's that lady fish vampire and the others from Vampires of Venice...The Silurian women in The Silurian two parter, and last but not least, current bad lady Madam Kovarian.

Phew!

OK, I give up, just watched Pertwee Years and don't remember a romantic interest for the Master and IMDB doesn't recognize Gallea as a character in Doctor who 1963 Series? Who is she?

Eldrad and Chessini . I'd like to see a Rani played more straight, not so campy.
