Paul Giamatti as XI+ Klingon

As long as Oliver Platt gets to play Harry Mudd at some point, I say we let Giamatti be whatever alien he wants.
 
I would love to see Paul Giamatti play a Klingon. He's got the look.

Paul Giamatti I'd want in one of the Star Trek movies period on account of being Paul Giamatti. Casting him as Klingon does seem to be going against type, though, but sure, it could work.

I prefer to see Giamatti as, let's say Philip K. Dick, because damn you if I can't get that movie made just make him PKD in a Star Trek film for no reason (invent a reason later).

...or a genius scientist. I think Giamatti would do a good genius scientist.

Maybe he would be a cowardly Klingon. Sort of a comic relief.
 
I want Victor Garber to play the same Klingon he did in the deleted scene of Star Trek 2009. His performance was a lot better than several of the other actors.
 
Paul Giamatti is too good to waste on such a part. I don't even want to see Klingons in part 2. They'll probably do Khan, but I'd like to see them use Andorians or something different. Giamatti does have experience with being blue (see Big Fat Liar).
