'Transformers 3' Casting, Rumors, Pics till release

Yeah, there seems to be an issue keeping them accurate to the movie. Granted, there are some decent transitions (Such as the Human Alliance and Voyager lines) but otherwise they don't work that well in small scales.

Transformers Prime seems to have the right idea by basically streamlining/smoothing the movie designs, though.
 
Won't a decision to reboot ultimately be in the hands of Hasbro? Paramount no doubt will have some say in that but aren't they getting dictated with these films from Hasbro? I know in the first film's audio commentary Michael Bay expressed a frustration with dealing with their constant interference and advice. This was probably true for all three films. I know some fans I've talked with would welcome a reboot for the franchise.

Best Transformer ever! :D Amazon had one for sale for like $2000...wish I had the money then. :(
 
it looks like a robotech valkrye in macross series. all so I like the dreamwave run especially the war within series.

It looks really good. There's still plenty of action, but looks like Bay has suppressed his more hyper instincts which has only improved matters. There's a lot of little touches that I like: Shia and Rosey standing calmly and quietly to hide from the Decepticon drone in the office building, the Decepticon getting shot by soldiers clutching his leg in pain before being shot dead, and so forth. It feels much more focused and less manic then the previous two movies.

Please let the whole movie be good.

I think I read somewhere that it's supposed to be Shockwave.

In any case, this is definitely looking like a MAJOR improvement over the last movie.
 
The summer blockbuster season has just started. It needs to be saved already? No doubt this will have a big weekend though. I'm predicting around 80-90 million. The fact that they pushed it up to take advantage of July 4th weekend makes me think this will potentially be the first beast film of the weekend box office wise. Of course I've already been wrong with a couple of films already so...we'll have to wait and see.

yeah I thought that screwy. captin america should've got the fourth of july spot. thought I made sure to get that week end off so I can't wait.
