Ultimately Human: June 2011

Look at you all... sitting there, eagerly anticipating the visual treats I bring forth to you twice monthly. You're like gluttonous, lustful animals, all of you! You make me sick!

No, not really. But I bet you didn't see that intro coming, now did you? Hrm? No, thought not. Have to keep the sparks alive somehow, don't I? Yes, yes I do.

Onward to the goodies!

My Favorites:
2nd Row, Left: Clancy Brown played the terrorist Zobral in Enterprise's "Desert Crossing" though many genre fans may know him best as the frequent voice of Lex Luthor in the late 90s and early 00s animated DC projects. I could give you a few other roles you might know him from, but I'm not IMDB. :p

3rd Row, Right: Michael Ansara played the Klingon Kang in both TOS "Day of the Dove" and reprised such on both DS9's "Blood Oath" and Voyager's "Flashback" episodes. And as I consider my remarks about Clancy Brown's Lex Luthor, it occurs to me that Ansara was the voice of Mr. Freeze in the early 90s Batman Animated series...

4th Row, Center: I never knew Patrick Stewart was on "Dexter"! Just kidding! No but really, the style of background for that photo looks like a number of publicity photos from the Showtime show... weirdness!

5th Row, Right: The previously teased breath-taking photo of a young model Terry Farrell. I have two more from the same photo shoot in future installments. Oh my.

Which Ones Are Your Favorites, and Why??

Damn, you know what? The more I think about it, the more I spot other DC comics connections. Like Bruce Greenwood, he recently did the voice of Batman in "Under the Red Hood" and I think reprises such on a show "Young Justice" and Phil Morris (4th Right) played John Jones (Martian Manhunter) on "Smallville" a couple of times, and Virgina Madsen had two roles on "Justice League" as well. That's freaky! I didn't even do that on purpose. :p

That photo of Terry Farrell....takes me back to that old episode of Quantum Leap on that beach

Terry Farrell...mmmm...

Wait - was that out loud? No? Whew...

No need to hide your love/lust for Terry. Clearly, I'm infatuated. I met her once at an autograph show, it was all too brief an encounter. She lives about 2 hours west of me.

Oooh, I love Clancy Brown :) and is that one of Karl Urban I see? :D

Urban is my favorite of the nuTrek cast. He just perfectly captured the character and even some of De Kelley, and yet he does so on his own without being a parody. How delightful!

Terry Farrell on a beach = me having the sudden desire to lick sand...

Yes, "A Leap for Lisa", not a bad show.:techman: I'll have to agree, that photo of Terry Farrell is amazing!

I also like the one with Zachary Quinto on a bike.

Nice photoshopping on the Famke Janssen pic. Looks smoooooth. Good to see Dr. M'Benga! As portraits, I like the Susan Gibney one and the Tim Russ pic.

I wasn't aware there was any photoshop on the Famke?

Clancy Brown.. was the Kurgan in the first Highander movie, he's also the voice of Mr. Krabs on Spongebob Square pants.

Clancy Brown is on Spongebob? Is he in every episode? I know the programme you mean but I've never seen it.
