Makes sense to me. I was thinking Janeway's blue eyes since Kirk obviously has the recessive gene for those anyway.

(I'm going to put a ridiculous amount of thought into this, I think I should warn you all now. I figure if I'm gonna do it, might as well try to go for a realistic interpretation of what the spawn might look like.)
Strawberry blonde seems about right! Freckles, maybe? Little bit?
Clothing might depend on whether the hellion goes Good or Bad in the end.
I'm sorta wanting to draw this now too. LOL
I tend to lean toward good, but she would definitely be one of those starship captains or whatever she ends up being that would be her own person, much like her parents. Pretty much piss on rules and regulations.
Any ideas for names? Or how this little darling's parents met in the first place?
Could do two versions; just give me a little time.

Another epic ship idea! But, yeah. I think they'd end up killing each other in a bid for power.
Isabelle/a sounds pretty awesome. Maybe if Sadara's friend (his stuff's awesome, by the way. I checked out his dA!) does the good one, I can doodle a bad one.
Clearly Janeway and Kirk met (if we're talking Shatner!Kirk) when either one or both of them were playing around with the timeline. Maybe they both got nabbed by the Time Police and met in some 29th century holding cell.
I vote the show. Unless we're talking about Kirk from Star Trek V. Can you imagine?

Non gender specific hmmm how about Jordan or Morgan?
Well it was kind of done. It's really hard to explain.
But basically Kirk and Janeway had sex and later on before Janeway knew she was pregnant Kirk had the baby aborted from her(not killed) and given to someone who wanted a baby and she was named Annika Hansen.
