With this new surge of meeting outside of TrekBBS via Facebook, as mentioned earlier in this thread, there's a new "Groups" format that creates it's own dedicated chat window for anybody online and also a part of the same group. So I've created:

TrekBBS Chat! You don't have to be friends to join this open group, and will then be connected to anybody on TrekBBS who is also on Facebook. Worth trying out!

Come join the group! -- On the right hand column, use "Chat with group" to bring the window up if it doesn't pop out right away. My apologies if somebody already did this! I searched around and couldn't find anything.
