Picked it up today but I've got a quick question I'm hoping one of you guys can answer: I read Unworthy but left my copy in another city. Thing is I'm embarrassed to say I have forgotten a few things about the book. I remember enjoying it immensely but have forgotten details like why there is a Starfleet fleet in the Delta Quadrant. There are a couple of other details I've forgotten as well.
Will I be a bit lost or does Bayer bring us up to date on recent events? In short could CotS be a bit of a standalone if you know what I mean?
